The Central Administration Services Department of the City of Kadoma serves as the backbone of the municipality, overseeing key administrative functions that ensure efficient governance and service delivery. This department is responsible for coordinating internal operations, managing human resources, maintaining records, and supporting other departments to achieve their objectives. It acts as the central hub for policy implementation, administrative compliance, and communication within the city’s governance framework. The Public Relations section serves as the linkage between the City of Kadoma and its valued stakeholders. The division is tasked with leading council strategic communications, public relations, media relations, protocol, stakeholder engagement, marketing and internationalisation for effective communication and brand visibility
The Human Resources (HR) section plays a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruitment and training and development programming, managing employee benefits, pensions, and insurance, and ensuring the workplace's safety and labor law compliance
The Security Section within a council is responsible for maintaining safety, protecting council assets, assisting in crisis management and ensuring a secure environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
The Procurement Section in council is responsible for acquiring goods, services, and works in a transparent, cost-effective, and legally compliant manner.
Internal audit section play a crucial role in ensuring an organization’s financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with laws and regulations. Their work typically includes: Financial Auditing, Operational Auditing, Compliance Auditing, Risk Management Information System Auditing, Fraud Detection and Prevention and Reporting & Recommendations
